Leon's life's story begins in Jerome, Idaho, with his parents and sister. They later moved to Wells, Nevada where he grew up graduating from the public schools, working on a ranch during summer, and as he got older delivered groceries after school. Through the years following high school, he attended various universities, eventually graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Master's Degree in Education Administration. Teaching for 40 years in the public school and college level courses brought him to retirement in 2018. He and his wife raised nine children and have many grandchildren adding great grandchildren to the list. At present they have been married over 50 years and now have embarked on a journey in real estate that will benefit their family for years to come. In their lifetime they have built two houses in Montana and had a home built for them here in Nampa. The journey into real estate developed when it was decided Leon needed a career path that would be of benefit for himself and the family. Real Estate is closely related to teaching. It requires planning and establishing an atmosphere of respect and cooperation. Leon's plans for being a Real Estate Agent is to learn all he can concerning this industry and developing a fiduciary climate for all his clients, placing them in a home where they can enjoy a life of peace and tranquility. Service in the military lasted nine(almost ten) years. Leon loves all kinds of sports and he has coached for many years. He has coached youth football and soccer, and junior high sports, i.e., basketball, track and field, and cross country. Leon and Kathy enjoy being with family and see them grow into young men and women contributing their talents and knowledge in making their communities an enjoyable place to live. Such is their desire for entering the industry of Real Estate.
