Kim Weiler

Kim is originally from Mission Viejo in the Southern California area. She graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara where she studied Business and Economics. Following College, she worked for many years for companies such as CB Richard Ellis, Sterling Homes, and the Presley Companies in the real estate accounting field. Eventually she moved to the Southern Idaho area in 1997 where she spent several years raising her two sons, Evan and Brennen. During that time, she came to love the area's people, outdoors, and charm.

Kim enjoys connecting with people, and has always loved figuring out the perfect Birthday or Christmas present to get for her loved ones. Fueled by this passion, she decided to get her real estate license in order to help people find one of the biggest gifts they will ever give to themselves and their family- their home. Her goal is to give her clients the best customer service possible, and to earn her reputation as a reliable agent who works hard to find the perfect home for their wants and needs. One of the best ways she does this is by striving to become an excellent listener to her clients. After purchasing their home, Kim wants her clients to feel like it is a place of beauty, comfort, practicality, and safety. She is excited to be apart of the Dustin Garrett Associates at Team One Group Real Estate Team and serves Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Boise, Eagle, and their surrounding areas.

In her free time, Kim loves doing most anything outdoors such as walking, hiking, tubing the Boise River, skiing, or ziplining. Her other interests include traveling, a great book, sports, a great meal with a friend, playing with Ellie, her Sheltie, and music-especially Smooth Jazz.
